How much does the digital selling certification cost?

The Certified Digital and Social Selling Specialist course is priced at USD$375 up front.

How is this course assessed?

To get your certification, you’ll need to pass a one-hour exam through Pearson Vue, a third-party computer-based testing partner. Pearson Vue has testing centres worldwide; see their website or ask your course consultant for your closest location.

The passing grade is 60%. Please note that your exam fee is included in the course price of AUD$645. However, if you need to re-sit the exam to achieve a passing grade, there will be a small fee, payable directly to Pearson Vue when you book in for your subsequent attempt.

What qualifications and experience do I need to enrol in this course?

You don’t need any particular experience or background to apply for the Certified Digital and Social Selling Specialist course. All you need is a desire to pursue a career in digital and social sales, or to upskill in this area as part of your sales leadership skill set.

Once you’ve finished this course, you should have a solid understanding of digital and social sales as an important part of overall sales channels – or as the sole channels for your organisation. You’ll be able to incorporate digital tools into your sales strategies to streamline processes, increase your on-target earnings, and break into the sales leadership roles you’re chasing.
