Payment Plans

By signing up to a payment plan you have agreed to pay for the course over 12 equal weekly installments. Payments will be processed automatically on the same day each week.

If you are unable to make payment on your course please email hello@digital-academy.io to discuss your options. If payment fails you will be removed from the course.

If you withdraw from a course your payment plan will not cease until all fees are recovered.

Refund Policy

Students seeking to enrol in a course with Digital Academy are advised of all fees and charges associated with a course prior to enrolment. The information provided to each student will include the total amount of all fees including course fees, administration fees, materials fees and any other charges.

Digital Academy students are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of enrolling, unless the course has been accessed via the DMI Content Hub / learning management system. If the course has been accessed no refund of fees will be provided. If a refund amount is due, this will be paid within 4 weeks of the notice.

No refund of fees will be provided to you if your enrolment is withdrawn/cancelled/discontinued after 14 days of enrolment.
